In a historic warehouse on the Oude Rijn, Reypenaer cheese has been authentically ripened since 1906. For three generations, the Wijngaard family has meticulously and patiently overseen the traditional ripening process here. Thanks to the natural conditions in the warehouse, the cheese develops its rich, full, and characteristic flavour. The perfect addition to our drinks package. :)
